Why MANIFEST exists?
When truth is contested, documentation becomes protection.
Across many contexts, people documenting events, testimony, and evidence face increasing risks - from misrepresentation, loss of trust, or unintended exposure.
Manifest allows individuals to articulate commitments to human rights in a way that is personal and grounded.
This mirrors what many cultural theorists have long argued: declarations do not simply reflect a world;
they help to bring one into being.
Manifest creates space for that world-making process to unfold at scale.
